Interesting news from the Boston Mycological Society

The NYTimes food section contained an article about a French company, Distillerie du Perigord, has produced two 36 proof elixirs (their word) of concentrated morel, porcini, and truffle flavors, which can be added to many dishes. They state the elixirs could be purchased at Zabar’s if you’re in NYC.
