For the January 6th meeting, Michelle and Jack Innis will present a slideshow on their experience with shitake cultivation. The meeting will start at 6:30 PM in Room 101, Casa Del Prado in Balboa Park.
We will also have discussions about the annual mushroom fair in February and fair volunteer opportunities.
