Mushroom-themed dinner at Scripps Ranch HS
Once again, Chef Kimberly Coelho, Culinary Arts Instructor for the Scripps Ranch High School has graciously offered to have her students prepare a mushroom themed dinner for the Mycological Society members. The meal will be prepared and served by the advanced culinary arts students and consist of three courses, and an amuse buche.
This dinner is scheduled for Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 4:30 to 6:30pm at Scripps Ranch High School, 10410 Treena Street, Room 502, San Diego, CA.
This event will accommodate 36 people. The cost is $15.00 payable by check or cash to the San Diego Mycological Society. If necessary, you can mail checks to SDMS at 7135 Calabria Ct, Unit B, San Diego, CA 92122. Remember, this is a first come, first served event and your reservation is not secured until full payment is received.
